WEDNESDAY 15TH APRIL 2009
1. Take Christian literature (including new book by Basilea Schink) & personal encouragement parcels 2. Encourage missionaries & Albanian Christians 3. Deepen friendships with non-Christian Albanians 4. Provide support vehicle for "Braking in Albania" bike ride from north to south of Albania
FIRSTLY, and ABOVE ALL, we ask your
PRAYERS for the following:-
1. That it will be the Lord's trip
from beginning to end, in His perfect timing (and that we'll clearly know
when that is),
and solely for His glory and the blessing of many in
Albania, missionaries and Albanians alike.
2.
That the precious books we pick up from the Evangelical
Sisters of Mary in Darmstadt will find their way to the people whose hearts God
has prepared to receive them, including the latest book ("Father
of Comfort," daily reflections on the God who cares)
that we will be taking for the first time. 3. Praise God for the continuing provision of the vehicle with its full-length roof-rack, and the possible loan of an enclosed, secure, dry, aluminium trailer. Please PRAY that we'll accomplish all that the Lord wants us to do and arrive home safely and on time.
SECONDLY, our deadline for ENCOURAGEMENT PARCELS is the morning of Saturday 14th March. We would happily take money to any missionaries, as long as it was posted in time to get to us by the morning of Friday 13th March at the latest.
