Can we take, on your behalf, a parcel to family/friends, to encourage and bless them? If so, please contact your family/friends and ask them what they would MOST like to receive. ENCOURAGEMENT PARCELS: 1. NO BIGGER than a banana box - please do not tape over hand-holds at either end. If you do not have enough to fill a banana box, please use a SMALLER box, just big enough for the contents, ie. no empty, wasted space inside 2. Attach envelope securely to outside of box, with following details on piece of paper inside it: Who from (name, address, phone, email); Who to (name, address, phone, email); List of contents (general, not itemised); PLEASE, when taping envelope to box, leave one edge of envelope un-taped to allow easy access 3. Bring, or send to us at Colwyn Bay, North Wales
4. A friendly, local, parcel carrier can arrange to have parcels collected
from anywhere in the country and brought to his warehouse,
where he will store them for us to collect from him,
at what we understand are good rates:- However, small parcels will certainly be cheaper by Royal Mail/Parcel Force. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that before contacting Grand Prix Express you weigh the item and obtain a quote from Royal Mail/Parcel Force and/or a Parcel Carrier local to yourself 5. Please contact us FIRST, BEFORE doing ANY of the above 6. We do not charge for taking parcels, but do gladly accept donations towards the high cost of transporting items PLEASE NOTE: 1) Please do not send things that can be obtained in Albania (do send money so they can be bought there though) 2) Encouragement parcels are "PERSONAL" parcels for missionaries and their families, to encourage and bless them 3) Encouragement parcels and the books we pick up from Germany, take priority, but if there is space other items may be taken 4) Please do not ask us to buy things on your behalf (we don't have the resources in time or money) Please feel free to draw this to the attention of other Albania supporters. |
